Under the "Meaningful Meetings" initiative, the Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria (AHCB) held a meeting with H.E. Ms Dai Qingli, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary People's Republic of China to Republic of Bulgaria. Ambassador Qingli has been in Bulgaria since May 2024 and is very active in the development of business and cultural relations.
The meeting was held in an open dialogue on the challenges facing bilateral relations in the business perspective. The broader relations with the European Union, the United States and Russia were discussed, as well as Ambassador Qingli expressed the views of the People's Republic of China on the development of the conflict in Ukraine, the Middle East, and the changing international trade relations.
