The gala dinner organized by AHCB on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the adoption of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, gathered over 40 Honorary Consuls and guests. Specially for the event came H.E. Nicholas Margaropoulos, President of the World Federation of Consuls F.I.C.A.C., and H.E. Stelio Campanale, Member of the Board of F.I.C.A.C. Special congratulatory addess was sent by H.E. Ms Maria Gabriel, Deputy Prime Ministter and Minister Foreign Affairs Bulgaria.
