H.E.Mr. Eric Seth Rubin, Ambassador of USA in Bulgaria was the special guest at the “Meaningful Meetings” initiative, hosted by the Association of the Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria. Among the subjects discussed were Brexit, EU and the Balkan region, as well as other global pressing points, the good bilateral relationship, and the important role of HC.
